The master bedroom provides en suite bathroom with shower and like many of the rooms at the front of the house overlooks the leafy Mediterranean gardens belonging to the neighboring Babilonia Italian school. The second bedroom, in a semi private area, has a great king-size bed with chic furniture and a nearby beautiful bathroom with shower. The ground floor apartment has access to a large modern stylish kitchen with all appliances, dishes and cutlery, design tables and chairs and a large fridge. A beautiful door leads straight to a stunning and spacious terracotta tiled terrace overlooking the lush Mediterranean garden below with comfortable sun loungers. Here you can savor the Sicilian sun while chilling out on our elegant loungers near a big tree. Enjoy breakfasts with family and friends, seating at our magnificent Sicilian style ceramic stone table in the covered veranda . In the afternoon, why not make a fantastic Aperol spritz or have a chilled beer to sip in total relaxation at your the alfresco table? Slightly smaller but located on the upper floor with a panoramic view of the sea, with access through a staircase (no elevator – porterage on site) . It sleeps up to six people and features two beamed ceiling bedrooms, the first of which has a view of the sea and overlooks the garden and the second faces the interior antique court with Roman mosaic floors and an orange tree. A shared bathroom has a massive contemporary walk-in shower, bath tub and separate rooms with toilet and wash basin. The bright and comfortable living room is connected to a private terrace with a spectacular panoramic view, sun loungers, table and chairs.
